Pepperjack Eggs

Ingredients
3 Eggs 3 Eggwhites2 tbsp Onion2 tbsp. green pepper2 slices salame2 pieces montery pepperjack cheeseSalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Mix eggs, break up cheese into bowl. Dice up veggies and salame and saute in pan with a spray of Pam. Pour in egg and cheese mixture add salt and pepper to taste. and scramble. Serve immediately.
