Ingredients
1T Olive Oil, 1 tbsp 2Tbsp Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp 2 lbs Chicken Breast, ground, 2 cloves garlic 2 stalks Celery, Fresh , 1 medium Onion), move) 1 7" long carrot, 1 Jalapeno pepper raw 1.5 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp coriander, ground, 6 oz Regular Beer, 4 TBSP Cayenne Pepper Sauce, 15 oz can Hunts sauce tomato sauce )
Directions
cook chicken in oil until crumbled about 5 min. Add garlic, celery,onion,carrot and jalapeno.Add spices and cook for 5 min. Add beer and scrape browned bits from pan reduce mixture over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir in hot sauce and tomato sauce. Reduce heat. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

Makes about 6 servings. Serving size 1 cup.
