Cheesy Chorizo Frittata

Ingredients
6 large eggs, scrambled1 link of chorizo or other sausage, sliced1 medium onion, chopped1 4 oz can of slice mushrooms1 medium tomato, sliced3 cloves minced garlic2 tsp. Dried basil or 2 Tblsp of fresh basil, chopped1 Tblsp. dried parsley or 3 Tblsp fresh parsley, choppedSalt and black pepper2 tsp Mrs Dash tomato-basil seasoning1/3 Parmesan cheese, grated1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded1 Tblsp olive oil1 pat butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add olive oil and butter into hot fry pan. Reduce heat to medium. Slice sausage into thin pieces, saute with chopped onion until onions are soft and chorizo is browned. Add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Saute 1 minute. Add minced garlic, basil, parsley and Mrs. Dash. Add scrambled eggs, gently mixing with sausage and veggies. Place tomato slices on top of eggs. Sprinkle cheeses on top. Add a little extra parsley for color. Place in oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes until middle is set.
