Rumbamel's Kielbasa Potato Mix

Ingredients
-1 package, 14 oz, Oscar Mayer Turkey Polska Kielbasa 1/3 less fat sausage cut into large bite sized sticks-1 1/2 C diced canned low sodium tomatoes like Dei Fratelli from Dierberg's-11.5 oz red potatos sliced in large bite sized sticks and cooked-1 large clove of garlic, minced-1 t italian seasoning-1/2 C Kraft's Italian 3 Cheese
Directions
--Chop and cook the potatos in the microwave about 6 minutes at 2 minute intervals stirring inbetween or until done.

--Meanwhile, put the tomatoes and cut up sausage in a large skillet over medium heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.

--When potatos are done, add them to the tomato mix and stir. Add the garlic and italian seasoning, stir again. reduce heat and simmer a couple minutes. Turn heat off and add the cheese. Stir one more time and serve.

--Makes about 4 cups or 4 servings of 1 C each.
