Sauteed Mushrooms, Onions, and Spinach

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil1/2 an onion chopped (about 1/5 a cup)1/4 cup of shredded or chopped spinach1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
Directions
heat oil on medium heat until sizzling. Add the veggies and saute until slightly soft and enjoy.

This tastes great on top of steaks and chickens!

Makes one 1/2 cup serving
