Hummus

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 3 cup*Tahini, 8 tbsp Garlic, 4 clove rough chop*Lemon Juice, 2 lemon yields Salt, 1 tsp *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Soak chickpeas overnight, drain and rinse. Put chickpeas in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a rapid boil. Cover and turn down to low heat for about an hour (or until they are soft). Drain and let cool a little. Put in food processor along with garlic, lemon juice, salt and tahini. Stream in olive oil and process to desired consistency.

If it is too thick, you can add a little water to help.
