French Fried Chicken Breast

Ingredients
3 6oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 Lg egg or egg substitute6 tbsp French fried onions
Directions
Cut chicken breasts in half
Dip in egg
Put french fried onions into a baggy and crush until fine
Drop chicken into bag and shake
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes

Will make 6-3oz servings

Note: This will be dark when finished baking. French fried onions tend to brown more than other coatings
