Garlig Mashed Potatos

6-8 medium potatos2 tbls of minced garlic1/4 cup onion flakes1/2 cup no salt added chicken brothpepper (optional)
Wash potatos well. Be sure to prick potatos with a fork in different places(it helps reduce the cooking time) Bake in the oven at 450 degrees till potatos are soft and can easily be pricked witha fork. Take out and let cool somewhat.(It is not necessary to let them cool if you can handle them while they're hot) Pell the potatos and place in a bowl. You can use a fork or masher to mash them. Add the garlic and the onion. Mix well. Now with a masher or mixer mix up the potatos. Slowly add the broth(until right consistancy) and pepper(if you like). Low fat no salt mashed potatos. Makes about 6-8 1/2 cup servings.
