Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies

Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter1/2 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1 large egg, beaten1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Divide dough into 32 teaspoon sized portions. Roll each piece between hands to form a smooth ball. Place dough balls an inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. using a fork, press dough in 2 directions to form a crosshatch pattern.

Bake cookies until puffed and golden, 10-12 minutes, rotating sheet halfway through. Let cookies cool on sheets.
