L.R. venison meatloaf

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs ground venison1 cup oat bran1/2 cup chopped onion1-1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 cup tomato juice2 eggs, beatenTOPPING:1/3 cup heinz reduced sugar ketchup1 T. mustard2 T. brown sugar or sucanat2 drops liquid smoke
Directions
Mix first seven ingredients well. Press into 9"x5" pan. Mix topping ingredients and spread onto meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes or until done. Serves 8.
