Gluten Free Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey, browned and drained28 oz can crushed tomatoes1/4 C tomato paste1/2 C chicken stock2 T Balsamic Vinegar1 small onion, diced2 cloves garlic, diced1/2 T Olive Oil1 T ground oregano1 Bay Leaf1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
Saute the onion and garlic (in the same frying pan you used to brown the meat) with a little olive oil. Do that for just a couple minutes.

In your slow cooker, dump in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, seasonings, chicken stock, balsamic vinegar and blend well. Stir in the meat, onion and garlic. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Serve on top of your favorite GF pasta.
