Deceptively Delicious Banana mini muffins with Cauliflower

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Whole Wheat Flour, 3/4 cup *Flour, white, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup, packed *Canola Oil, 1/4 cupegg white, fresh, 2 large Banana, fresh, 1 1/2 cup, mashed Cauliflower, cooked and pureed, 1/2 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/3 cupBaking Soda, 1/2 tspBaking Powder, 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Mix dry ingrediants with wire wisk or fork and set aside. In seperate bowl mix together wet ingrediants. Blend wet and dry ingrediants until well blended. Spoon into mini muffin pans and cook for approx. 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on wire rack. Makes 48 mini muffins.
