Castillian Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened powdered cocoa3/4 cup granulated sugar2 Tbs. plus 1/2 tsp. cornstarch1/2 cup water4 cups milk (I used Lactaid 1% for the nutritional evaluation, as this is what we use at home)
Directions
Makes 6 servings.
Whisk together the cocoa and sugar in a large saucepan. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water, then whisk that into the pan. While heating, add the milk, whisking all the while.
Heat the mixture to a simmer, stirring often. Once it simmers, reduce heat until it just bubbles, and whisk often, for about 10 minutes. It should be thick, glossy, and is piping hot! Give it time to cool in the cup, and warm your hands in the meanwhile. SO yum!
