Ingredients
8 oz Neufchatel Cheese, softened8 oz Baker's Semisweet chocolate12 oz Semisweet chocolate
Directions
Melt 8 oz. chocolate in microwave until smooth, beat cream cheese until creamy. blend the chocolate with the cream cheese. Chill at least an hour in the refrigerator (the cook time). take out, shape into 36 egg shapes. place on wax covered baking sheet

Melt the additional 12 oz. chocolate in microwave until smooth, use a fork to dip truffles, return to baking sheet. if desired, decorate with assorted sprinkles and the like. refrigerate 1 hour.
