Sarah's Fish Tacos

Ingredients
2 Tumaro's Gourmet Tortillas, low carb garden vegetable (10" shells)4oz Tilapia1/2 Cup black beansLeaf of green lettuce1 small tomato1/8 cup sargento 4-cheese mexican (shredded)1tbsp tartar sauce
Directions
Makes two 10" shell fish tacos

Grill and cut a 4oz Tilapia filet (season with old bay seasoning)

While fish is grilling, dice tomatoes, shred lettuce and heat beans (if from a can, rinse and drain before heating). Once fish is cooked through (about 5-10 minutes on medium heat), began to layer your taco.

My preferred order for layers:
shell
1/2 tablespoon tartar sauce
1/4 cup black beans
2oz tilapia
half leaf of shredded lettuce
half of small dice tomato

Repeat for 2nd taco!
