slow cooker congee anytime

Ingredients
1 c brown rice 6 c vegetable stock 1 small onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced1 T lite soy sauce 1 c shredded cabbage
Directions
Place rice, onion, garlic and cabbage in slow cooker. Add vegetable stock, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste and stir.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with extra soy sauce, scallions, peanuts, etc. for fun toppings (nutrition info. does not include extras)
