Ingredients
Ingredients:Chickpeas, canned (19fl oz)Canned Tomatoes, 2.37 cup Onions, raw, 0.33 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Bell Pepper (Red), 1 cup Feta Cheese, 4 oz Mixed herbs to taste
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add pepper, tomatoes, and chick peas. Season with salt and pepper and herbs (oregano, dill, mixed greek seasoning, etc). Serve with feta crumbled over top.
