1 egg1 slice of Mozzerella Cheese1 small slice of extra lean ham1 -2 slices reduced calorie whole wheat bread toasted
Scramble egg using PAM Butter Flavor spray; remove from heat and add cheese on egg and ham to the side of skillet to warm. Cover skillet with lid until cheese melts and ham is warmed. Toast reduced calorie whole wheat toast. Place egg, cheese and ham on toast.
