1 8oz pkg low fat cream cheese, softened1/3 cup sugar2 tsp almond extract1 cup whipped topping1 cup sliced strawberries
roll out pie crust in 9" pie plate. Poke with holes and bake at 450° for 12-15 min. Let cool completely
mix together cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. add extract. fold in whipped topping and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
