1lb Pork Chops3 teaspoons Honey Mustard3 teaspoons Dijonaise1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon Sugar
In a mixing bowl, include the honey mustard, dijonaise, vinegar and sugar and mix until well blended into a sauce. Dip in pork chops and cover with mixture. Add to a skillet (sprayed with cooking spray) and saute on medium heat, turning occasionally. Cook until pork is cooked through and no longer pink the in middle (approximately 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the chops).
Makes 3-5 servings, depending on the size of the pork chops (3 thick or 5 thin sliced).
