Chocolate No Bake Cookies

2 cups Granulated Sugar1/2 cup 2% Milk1 stick of margarine1/2 cup of cocoa1/2 cup peanut butter1 teaspoon vanilla extract3 cups quick oatmeal
Makes 22 cookies
Combine sugar, milk, margarine, and cocoa in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it starts to boil, time it for one full minute. Take off heat. Stir in peanut butter (let that melt completely before adding the oats), vanilla extract and the oatmeal until it starts to get to tough to stir. Then drop spoonfuls on to wax paper, approximately the size of golf balls or a little bigger. Let cool for 30 minutes.
