1 lb. 93/7 Lean ground beef 1 small diced onion2 28 oz. cans of best choice diced tomatoes1 64 oz can of best choice tomato juice1 1/2 bag elbow macaroni (16 oz. bags)
Fry ground beef then drain the grease. While the beef is cooking dice the onion in small peices, also be boiling water in a large sauce pan. When water is at boiling point, add noodles and cook until done. Next, you drain the noodles and place them back into large sauce pan. Add all other ingredients and cook on medium until it starts boiling. Turn down to a simmer for 15-20 minutes so sauce can thicken up. Then serve and add pepper or salt for you liking, but remember this is a little higher in sodium. Enjoy!
