3 28 oz large cans of crushed tomatoes3 15 oz small cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies (mild - med -hot -- your choice)1 15 oz small can of petite diced tomatoes1 large onion finely chopped8-10 jalapeno's seeded & chopped1/2 cup brown sugar2 bunched chopped fresh cilantro2 bunches of green onions chopped3 Anaheim peppers seeded & chopped1/4 cup cumin to taste4 TBL garlic powder to taste3 TBL salt
Add all cans of tomatoes in a large mixing bowl.
Add in food processor
Oonion.
Add jalapeno's seeded ( or oyu can leave them it depends on how hot you want it)
brown sugar
Green onions (scallions)
Anaheim peppers seeded
Combine with tomatoes in mixing bowl
Add remained of ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve with tortilla corn chips.
