Ingredients
Red potatoes 482 grams small cut up about 6 to eight2 stalks of celery or a quater cupChicken I used almost a pound already cooked and cubed of chicken breast5 oz fat free and 33 percent less sodium Swanson's Chickn Broth about a half cup1 can of cream of mushroom (that's what I had on hand) Next time will use lighter soup1 cup Great Value Light mayohalf cup of red onions rawfresh carrots2 Tbsp of curry powder
Directions
5 1 cup servings
cook on high for about 5 hours
next time use veggies but leave out potatoes make more saucy by adding chicken broth
add some cayenne more curry
