Ingredients
Bell PeppersOnions1 can of black beans1 can of dice tomatoes12 6inch corn tortillas1 cup shredded light Mexican cheesevegetable sprayoptional: crushed red pepper flakes & cilantro
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400
2.stir together , peppers, onions beans, undrained tomatoes and salsa
3.spray 9 inch square pan with oil spray. spoon 1 cup of mixture on bottom of pan. arrange 4 tortillas in pan..spoon remaining sauce and top with cheese..repeat.
4. bake 30 min. cut into 4 pieces.
