Zucchini Tomato Soup

1 Large zucchini1 can diced tomatoes1 Large can tomato juice1/4 pound ground beef1/4 cup diced onion, freshwater
Slice zucchini, place in skillet. Fill with water until zucchini is covered. Add seasonings to taste.
In another skillet, brown ground beef, drain and set aside.
Dice onion. Add onion and diced tomatoes to zucchini skillet. Add ground beef to mixture. Stir all very well.
After water has boiled almost gone, slowly add tomato juice. Bring to boiling and turn down heat to simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
