Beef Tenderlion with Mushroom and Onion Sauce

1 Pound Extra Lean Beef Tenderloin - cubed1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Large Yellow Onion - Sliced1 Package Fresh Sliced White Mushrooms1 TBSP Worchestershire Sauce2 TBSP Smart Balance Butter2 TBSP AP Flour1 10.75 oz Canned Condensed Beef BrothSalt Pepper
1. Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil in 10 inch pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add cubed beef tenderloin and onions. Cook until meat is done (160 degrees for medium). This doesn't take long so be careful not to overcook.
3. Remove Meat and Onion from pan. Keep the juices from the onion and meat in the pan.
4. Add butter to juices in pan and melt.
5. Once butter is melted add flour and mix until smooth.
6. Stir in Beef Broth and cook until it thickens - about 2 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste
8. Add Mushrooms and return Beef and Onions to pan.
9. Simmer 15-20 minutes. DO NOT BOIL.
10. Add Worchestershire Sauce before you serve.
