barbequed chicken stir fry

Ingredients
.5 cup barbeque sauce6 small chicken breast4 large peppers ( red yellow orange and green) 1 large onions2 cans mushrooms (pieces)
Directions
remove all fat and skin and bone from chicken breast cut into cubes, and brown in a non stick frying pan i can do this without adding any oil!! when cooked add onions mushrooms peppers and any spices that you like( my choice is usually black pepper, garlic powder and a pinch of salt. cook until liquid is almost all gone and add bar-b-que sauce simmer for a little bit again and serv over rice or put it in a fahitta wrap and add a slice of fat free cheese.
