garlic brown rice

Ingredients
- olive oil- brown rice- water- chicken boullion- garlic-salt
Directions
Finely mince 3 (or more!) cloves of garlic and fry in bottom of saucepan in 2 tbsp of olive oil. When nicely browned add 2x as much water as rice (ie. 3 cups water for 1.5 cups rice), then add rice. Add 1 tsp chicken boullion and salt to taste!
Bring to boil, cover and simmer over med-low heat for 1 hr.
