Spicy Cajun Dip

Ingredients
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes8oz fat free cream cheese, softened1/4 cup hot sauce1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt4 Tbsp bell pepper of choice, finely chopped4 Tbsp scallions, diced1 Tbsp minced garlic1/2 tsp celery salt1/8 tsp cayenne
Directions
Place sun-dried tomatoes in a small bowl. Cover with 1 cup boiling water and allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes; drain and chop tomatoes.

Meanwhile, in another small bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt and hot sauce; mix well. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
