Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients
6 corn tortillasabout 1 tsp chopped olives per enchiladaabout a 1/4 cup of monterey jack cheese per enchilada1/2 cup red enchilada sauce over the top
Directions
* Preheat oven 300
1) Put 1/4 cup of cheese and 1 tsp of olives in each tortilla
2) Roll tortilla and place in baking dish
3) Once all tortillas are rolled, pour enough sauce to cover then bake in over for 20 min
4) Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese, then put back in oven until cheese is melted.
