Apple Sauce Bran Loaf

1/2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil for greasing pan1 C whole wheat flour1 C wheat bran1/2 C brown sugar2 ts cinnamon1 ts baking powder1 ts baking soda1 egg lightly beaton1 C apple sauce1/2 C plain yogourt2 Tbs extra virgin coconut oil melt in microwave for 10 seconds
heat oven to 375 degrees
grease a round cake pan
measure all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together
anoter bowl beat egg lightly add all other wet ingredients stir with wooden spoon
add wet to dry and combine lightly do not over mix
pour in to cake pan bake 30-35 min or till tooth pick comes out clean when inserted in middle
cool on rack for 10 min
slice in to 6
