1 can tuna in water, drained1 cup whole wheat macaroni, uncooked1 onion, chopped1 can spinach (or peas or greens)1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup1 cup skim milk6 Tbs. reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
In casserole dish, stir together the tuna, macaroni, onion, peas, mushroom soup, and milk. Make sure the macaroni is covered by the sauce. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
