Mashed Sweet Potatos

Ingredients
3 Large Sweet Potatos4 tbsp butter
Directions
Scrub each potato under cold water. stab with a knife about 4 or 5 times each potato. Microwave until soft in the middle (about 15 minutes for 3). When they are out of the microwave, cool for a few minutes and then pinch the skin off of them. put the potato in a bowl and mash with a fork, spooning in the butter slowly. Eat warm or cold.
