Sesame Snap Chicken

Ingredients
800 grams of boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in half1 tbsp tamari soy sauce spicy garlic ( or reg soy sauce)1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp garlic powder8 sesame snaps
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Lightly spray an oven-safe pan with PAM. place chicken pieces in pan and drizzle with soy sauce. Flip with a fork until well coated and then flatten into a single layer.
Sprinkle with ginger and garlic. Place a sesame snap over each piece.
Bake for 40 minutes. Snaps do not completely melt.
