Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
Butter, unsalted, 1 stick at room tempSplenda, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 2 extra large Chobani Greek Yogurt, Plain, Non Fat 1/2 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Bananas, very ripe, 1 cup mashedWalnuts, 1/2 cup chopped
Directions
Blend butter and splenda
Add eggs
Sift together dry ingredients and mix
Add bananas, vanilla, yogurt and mix
Stir in walnuts

Bake in 9 in loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
