Ingredients
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced1 onion chopped4 cups water1 bunch of spinach, choped2 cloves of garlic, pressedsprinkle of crushed basil leafjuice of one lemon salt to tast
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in 1/4 cup of water until tender. Add potatoes and water. Cook until potatoes are done about 20 -30 min. Add chopped spinach. Cook until spinach is tender. Add lemon juice, basil and salt to taste.
