Steel Cut Oats w/ Blueberries & Cinnamon

Ingredients
1 c. skim milk1 c. water1/2 c. steel cut oats2 tsp cinnamon (to taste)dash of salt1/3 c. dried blueberries (can substitute fresh ones, but sometimes I like the chewy-ness of the dried ones)
Directions
Bring water, milk, cinnamon, and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Add oats and blueberris, lower heat to very low, and cover. Cook over low heat for approx 30 mins, stirring occasionally.
