Cook rice according to package directions, 1 cup dry = 3 cup cooked. Beat egg and egg white together, add milk, vanilla extract, Splenda, and cinnamon. Combine with cooked rice, add dried cherries, and bake in a greased ovenproof casserole for 45 at 350 degrees.
