2 bell peppers, chopped2 medium onions, chopped4 chicken breasts , frozen28 oz. enchilada sauce
Directions
# Place chopped onions and peppers on the bottom of a medium-sized slow cooker. Place the frozen chicken breasts on top of the vegetables, and cover the chicken with the enchilada sauce.

# Cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours. Shred the chicken and serve with rice, tortillas, or as burrito meat.
