Ham and Cheddar Cheese omlet

Ingredients
2 large eggs.1/4 cup of 1% milk2 oz lunch meat ham-off-the-bone1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Makes 1 2-egg omlet. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. pour into hot skillet, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. cook omlet to likness, add ham and cheese as desired. when just about finished, fold the saucer shaped egg in half. let sit a few more seconds for cheese to melt.

    This is a quick and easy meal with lots of flavour and protein so I don't expect to get hungry for a while. I used lean ham and low fat cheese to shave calories. Also I omitted the salt because the ham I used was salty enough for my husband and I. - 5/21/12
