Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 Lg Can Pink Salmon2 Egg Whites1/4 cup Raw Onion (chopped)1 cup Whole Wheat crackers (crushed well)Salt and Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl with CLEAN hands. It must be well mixed together or they will fall apart. After mixing make the mixture into 4" dia X 1/2" thick patties. Spray both side of the patty with butter flavored cooking spray and place in a frying pan on med-high heat. Cook on both sides until dark brown and crispy. This recipe should make 4 to 5 patties. Just double the recipe if you need more.
