Ingredients
1/4 cup oats75g unsweetened yogurt1/2 cup non-fat milk1 miniature box raisins2 dates, chopped1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
This is a cold recipe!

Mix all ingredients in a breakfast bowl. Put in fridge overnight, covered so it's ready for the morning:)
This recipe lasts me 2 days. I often grate an apple (with skin on) on top if I have time:)
