Ingredients
1 1/3 cups brown beans (couldn't find brown in the food list, so i chose black for the calorie count)1 tbsp soybean oil2 tsp crayfish1/2 Seekh Kebab2 small boiled eggs
Directions
Soak beans in water and peel off back when soft. Blend with onions, tomatoes and chilli (optional). Stir in seasoning and add some water to make a slightly thick consistency, chop boiled eggs and kebab (you can use boiled fish instead). Stir together. Pour into tightly covered metal bowls and cook in boiling water or into cellophane bags but take care to line the sides of the pot so that the bags do not make contact with the metal. Makes 6 portions of 3/4 cup paste each
