Bacon, Scrambled Eggs and Tomato with Toast and Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
2 Eggs1/4 cup of 2% MilkSalt and Pepper2 slices of Hormel Black Label Lower Sodium Bacon1 Medium Tomato Sliced and grilled1 Slice of Ezekial Srouted Grain Bread - Sesame1 Tablespoon of Raspberry Jam
Directions
Wash and Slice Tomato and grill in a toaster oven. Place Bacon in a pan and fry till crisp. Drain fat and wipe with a paper towel. Use the same pan for the eggs but spray with Olive Oil.
Toast the bread and spread with Jam.
Whisk Eggs and Milk together with seasonings and scramble.
Serve with a pot of piping hot brewed Tea. Yum!!
