Ingredients
6 oz No Sugar Added Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt (I use Publix brand)1 C frozen Strawberries1 Frozen Banana in chunks (make sure it's frozen - this removes the need for ice cubes)1/2 C Frozen Blueberries1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, I use Vanilla Creme by Pure Protein2 TBS Flaxseed Meal 2 C or 2 handfuls of fresh spinach or 1/2 c frozen spinach
Directions
Put everything into a full sized blender and process until smoothie and creamy
