Banana Boats

Ingredients
1 small banana1 tbsp peanut butter.25 cup mini marshmallowsapprox 1 oz of trail mix with or without choc chips
Directions
Cut open your banana longways, and mash the insides while leaving in the peel. Add your marshmallows, trail mix, and peanut butter (you can leave any of these out and add other items as this recipe is VERY flexible!) Wrap your banana in aluminum foil and place on the grill. It will take less time if using an open fire as opposed to a grill. This only makes one serving, but everyone in the family can mix and match their own according to likes or dietary concerns.
