Auntie Anne's pretzel clone

Ingredients
1 1/2 c warm water1 1/2 pkgs yeast2 T brown sugar1 1/8 t salt1 c bread flour3 c all purpose flour2 c warm water/2 T baking soda for the bath
Directions
sprinkle yeast in warm water and let dissolve. Then combine with other ingredients and knead till smooth and elastic. let rise for at least 30 min. prepare bath with 2 cups water and baking soda, stirring often. pinch off dough and form into pretzel, dip into the bath and put on a greased cookie sheet. Allow to rise again. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes till golden brown then brush with melted butter and top with salt or cinnamon.
