Elizabeth's Chopped Veggie Salad

Ingredients
2 oz spinach6 mushrooms, sliced 2 carrots, peeled and grated 1c. shredded cabbage, purple or green1 stalk celery, sliced or grated2 scallions, sliced thin10 grapes, halved5 medium sized strawberries, sliced1 tbsp pinenuts1tbsp sunflower seeds10 slices bell pepper, whatever colour you like2 cauliflower florets broken up into little pieces2 broccoli spears broken up into little pieces1/4c. raspberry vinaigrette2 tbsp dried cranberries
Directions
Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces or grate with food processor. Mix all ingredients together and serve. How much easier can it be!
