Ingredients
1 lb ground buffalo1 lb ground beef lean1 29 oz kidney beans1 29 oz pinto beans1 onion diced2 green chilies1 stalk celery3 med tomato2 tsp cumin3 tbls chili powder1.5 tsp black pepper2 cups water
Directions
brown meat crumble into pea size pieces
in large pot combine all other ingredients with meat
simmer over low heat stirring every 15 mins. for 2 to 3 hours.
